Dans cette mini-série, vous allez découvrir de quelle façon les scientifiques et les penseurs d'autrefois ont réussi à déterminer l'existence, dans le passé, de périodes glaciaires. Ce savoir n'a pas été acquis en un jour ! Il a fallu plusieurs siècles et de nombreux débats avant d'en arriver finalement à ce que nous connaissons aujourd'hui de l'histoire des climats de la Terre.

Partons ensemble à la rencontre de ces géologues, glaciologues, philosophes, penseurs, biologistes et naturalistes d'un autre temps pour apprendre comment ils ont appris à lire les paysages pour en déduire leur histoire.
